ECCC 2020 Show FAQs

Can I transfer my 2020 show tickets to 2021?

All transferred tickets for the August 2020 show will be refunded by June 29, 2020. No action is needed on your part.

What if my ticket included a pre-sale opportunity for 2021?

For fans that bought any of the premium packages we were offering in 2020, you will be given an opportunity to purchase tickets in a pre-sale as the package stated.

For all ticket holders in 2020, we understand how frustrating it is to get your tickets and have to give them up, only to go buy the same tickets you had for a different date. We are also working on a pre-sale opportunity for you.

More information regarding any pre-sales will be sent out closer to when tickets for the 2021 show will go on sale.
