As our show grows to deliver the best in pop culture for all our fans, we’re bursting at the seams for more places to put exciting show features. This year we’re adding two familiar venues to explore during our 2020 show. Read more below.

FAQ's:

What does my ECCC ticket cover?

Entry to all the venues that have ECCC show features in them is covered with an ECCC ticket corresponding to that day. You do not need to pay any extra cover charges to enter.

I have mobility issues/require an ADA badge, who can I talk to about traveling between venues?

You can reach out to our ADA Assistance email at ADAECCC@ReedPOP.com and read more here about how you can get into the show as swiftly as possible.

Will security be returning to the WSCC?

Yes, we will have security at the WSCC in 2020. The plan will be the same as it was previously, you can read more about it here.

What about security for the Sheraton & the Hyatt Regency?

We have a security plan in place for all our venues, but can't divulge too many details (otherwise it wouldn't be very secure). If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to ECCCinfo@reedexpo.com.

Why did you move the Main Stage to the Hyatt Regency?

In 2019 we moved our Main Stage to the Hyatt Regency so we could expand our show floor and group features closer together for both fans and guests to access more easily. This allows fans to see guests on the Main Stage & go directly to autographing & photo op sessions before and after panels, all in the same place.

Where can I purchase ECCC merchandise?

The official ECCC show store will be in a new location this year at the WSCC. Check back for an exact location soon!

Do I need to go through security at the WSCC first if I want to go directly to the Hyatt for celebrities or the Sheraton for Will Call or Pop Asia?

No, you do not need to go through security if you want to start your day at another venue. You will need to go through security at the convention center to access the show floor, gaming, panels or any of the other fun things you want to check out at the WSCC.

Will there still be Anime/Manga at the WSCC and the Hyatt since Pop Asia will be at the Sheraton?

Yes! We will still have exciting Anime & Manga focused exhibitors on the Show Floor and our Anime & Manga guests will still be doing signings and photo ops at the Hyatt Regency. We’ll have more Pop Asia info soon for what you can expect on Level 2 of the Sheraton, but rest assured that there will be plenty of cool stuff to see and experience all over ECCC.
