Each entrant will submit an application to be reviewed by the ECCC team.  Entrants may only enter one costume into the competition. Accepted contestants will be pre-judged for craftsmanship off stage and then battle it out on the Main Stage for cash prizes and ultimate bragging rights as the ECCC Western Champion of Cosplay.
