Howie Noel is the artist and author of Float, a graphic memoir about generalized anxiety disorder. Howie has also created the graphic novels Tara Normal, Mr. Scootles & more. He's a pro caricature artist and his illustration work has been seen on the official Walking Dead website and in TAPS Paramagazine.
