Prom Sponsorship Opportunities

The ECCC Prom is back for 2024 and bigger than ever. Join us for ECCC’s “A Night Under the Stars” Prom on Saturday, March 2nd in the brand new Seattle Convention Center Summit building. 

We are looking for local businesses to be a part of this special evening! Come out, enjoy the show, and promote your business to the fans of ECCC. Party Partner Packages

Gold Tier - $2,500 sponsorship

Available up to 3 sponsors 

Digital 

  • Sponsor logo inclusion on ECCC communications and promotion related to the Party
    • To include website, email, social media, etc.  
  • Inclusion in one (1) pre-show ECCC email newsletter 
    • One (1) banner ad with sponsor creative can link to a URL of sponsor’s choice  

 Event 

  • Sponsor logo featured on screens throughout evening party 
  • Sponsor mentioned in copy read by DJ or MC during party at least one (1) time during the evening 
  • One (1) meterboard sign to be displayed during event 
    • Sponsor provides creative, ECCC produces 
  • Sponsor table during event to be staffed by sponsor 
    • Includes one (1) table and two (2) chairs 
  • Eight (8) tickets to Emerald City Comic Con valid all four (4) days of event

Notice for Vendors

  • All vendors are subject to approval by the Seattle Convention Center and building fire code
  • Food and Beverage vendors must be the manufacturer, producer or distributor of any food item
  • Food and Beverage vendors must comply with venue sampling requirements
  • No onsite cooking is allowed
  • No alcohol vendors will be allowed
