AI-Generated Products Policy

Product, material, or content created, in whole or in substantial part, using generative artificial intelligence tools or algorithms ("AI-Generated") or incorporating AI-Generated elements, including but not limited to visual artwork, images, or graphics, animations and/or materials, are prohibited from being made available for purchase at New York Comic Con. Parties violating this policy will receive one (1) warning where the party may be asked to remove all materials which violate this Policy. In the event a party violates this Policy a second time, the party may be removed from the event without refund, and/or banned from participating in future editions of the event. The terms of this policy may be revised at any time.
