Important ECCC 2023 Information
Now that you have your ECCC 2023 ticket, here are some important details you need to know ahead of the show!
The physical ticket (sometimes called a badge) you just received is what you’ll use to enter the show! Pro- Tip: make sure you put it in a safe spot and don’t forget it at home. You have to pay full price if you need a replacement ticket, and we don't want that!
New Building, Same Great ECCC
This year, ECCC will take place at the brand spankin’ new Seattle Convention Center Summit Building located right down the street from ECCC’s previous home. The new building is located at 900 Pine Street. Fans will enter the building on the 9th Avenue entrance, across the street from the Paramount Theater.
ENTRANCE PROCEDURES
FAN, ADA, AND VIP ENTRANCE: Pine Street Entrance on level 1. Fans will enter off of Pine Street and go through metal detectors in the Summit lobby. From there, fans will queue either down on level 0 or on level 2 in the Show Floor queues. Click to expand the map below for a better visual.
EXHIBITOR, PRESS, PRO, CONTENT CREATOR, ARTIST ALLEY, PANELIST, & STAFF ENTRANCE: Pine Street and Boren Avenue Entrance on Level 2. Exhibitors, press, pro, content creator, Artist Alley, panelists, and staffs will enter off of Pine Street and Boren Avenue and go through metal detectors into the level 2 Flex Hall. With the new Seattle Convention Center Summit building, everything is all in one building! That’s right, no more walking down the street for Photo Ops and Autographs or to the Main Stage. *Everything is all in one building. Want to see how the layout looks? We have maps galore ready for your viewing pleasure.

Will Call is located in the TCC at 800 Pike Street in downtown Seattle.

- Wednesday, March 1: 10:00 AM-8:00 PM
- Thursday, March 2: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Friday, March 3: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Saturday, March 4: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Sunday, March 5: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Exhibitor Will Call Hours:
- Tuesday, February 28: 12:00 PM-6:00 PM (at Flex Hall Lobby in Seattle Convention Center Summit Building)
- Wednesday, March 1: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM (at Flex Hall Lobby in Seattle Convention Center Summit Building)
- Thursday, March 2: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM (at TCC)
- Friday, March 3: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM (at TCC)
- Saturday, March 4: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM (at TCC)
- Sunday, March 5: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (at TCC)
