ECCC Panel Reservations

What Is A Reservation?

Reservations are a new way to guarantee your seat to see a Main Stage panel, to secure your spot in our cosplay workshops, or to snag an autograph from some of our authors who will be at the show. This way, you'll be able to plan your ECCC ahead of time rather than wait in another line, not knowing if you’ll get into a panel room or signing!

When Do Reservations Open for ECCC 2026?

Reservations will open for Popverse Superfans on Wednesday, February 25, and for the rest of ECCC ticket holders on Friday, February 27. You’ll need to have tickets to ECCC 2026 (either purchased directly by you or transferred to you from someone else) to participate in reservations.

What Do I Need to Make Reservations?

Here’s what you need to get started making your reservations:

1. ECCC Tickets

2. Tickets Assigned & Accepted

3. Your Email Address w/ an ECCC Ticket Assigned

IMPORTANT: You will need an email address with a valid ECCC ticket assigned to it to access reservations! This will be your email address used to access or accept your ECCC tickets in My Tickets

If you don’t remember your login information or don’t have a password yet, hit Forgot Password to reset or create one. Once your password is created and you’ve successfully logged into My Tickets.

Ticket transfers will remain on during Reservations. Reservations will not transfer with tickets. If you transfer a ticket to a friend after getting a reservation, that reservation will stay connected to you and your email address. Your friend will need to make their own reservations (or be included as your guest!).

Are Reservations Required at ECCC?

Reservations are a way to guarantee your spot in the most popular panels, most in-demand free author signings, and more. While there will be limited standby on site, we cannot guarantee you will get in without a reservation. You must have a valid ECCC ticket for the day you attend to use your reservations.

How Many Reservations Can I Make? Can I Add Friends or Family?

New this year, panel reservations will include guest spots for your party! Guest spots are limited to 1 guest per panel. Only the fan who made the Reservation will be the reservation holder eligible for check-in, so make sure you stay together!

Due to limited availability, guest spots are unavailable for autographing sessions.

You will be permitted to make:

  • One (1) reservation on Thursday, March 5
  • Three (3) reservations on Friday, March 6
  • Three (3) reservations on Saturday, March 7
  • Three (3) reservations on Sunday, March 8

Guest spots are not included in private autographing or workshop reservations; each person needs to make their own reservations for those separately.

How Much Do Reservations Cost?

Reservations are completely free and included with your ECCC ticket. You must have a valid ECCC ticket for the day you’re making reservations for to use them. For example, if you’re making reservations for Thursday, March 5, you must have a ticket valid for Thursday—which could be a single day Thursday ticket, a 4-Day ticket, or a VIP ticket.

Where Can I See My Reservations Once They’re Made?

Once you complete your reservations, you’ll receive an email confirmation that has all of your reservations listed. You can also find them accessing the Reservations page or by checking the reservations section in the ECCC Mobile App! Download the App to access your QR code or keep the email that has your QR code – you’ll need it during the show!

How do I check in for my reservation when I arrive?

You will need to arrive at your reservation location 25 mins ahead of the panel to check in – if you arrive late, your seat may be forfeited. Your reservation confirmation email will include a QR code – you will need this to check in with staff onsite. Additionally, you can find your QR code in the ECCC mobile app.

Important Notes:

  • Reservations are limited. When the virtual queue opens, everyone waiting will be given a spot in line randomly, and you will be let into the reservation page when it’s your turn. Reservations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Once you add a reservation to your cart, it will be reserved for you as you finish making your selections.
  • At any time after your reservations are confirmed, you’ll be able to cancel your reservation if your plans change. This means if you didn’t get a reservation you wanted, you can continue to check back here to see if spots opened up!
  • If you are attending with a group, only one fan should make reservations for the entire group. Children attending with Kids tickets may accompany a parent under a single reservation.
  • And again: you must have a valid ECCC ticket for the day of your reservation.

FAQs

Do I need to make reservations if I have VIP tickets?

VIP ticket holders will NOT need to make reservations for Main Stage panels. VIPs will still receive priority access to all Main Stage panels provided they arrive no later than 25 minutes before the start of the panel. Arriving any later may result in forfeiting your seat.

NOTE: VIP ticket holders will still be required to make reservations for select author autographing sessions and cosplay workshops.

Can I bring my kids with me?

Children with Kids tickets will be permitted to enter with a parent. Seating may not be available and is first-come, first-served.

Will schedules be posted before reservations launch so I know what to reserve?

Do I need my physical badge in hand to do my reservations?

Nope!

If I don’t get a reservation, will there be a standby line?

There will be very limited standby available for workshops, author signings and Main Stage panels. Standby is not guaranteed and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
