ECCC Panel Reservations

What Is A Reservation?

Reservations are a way to guarantee your seat to see a Main Stage panel, to secure your spot in our cosplay workshops, or to snag an autograph from some of our authors who will be at the show. This way, you'll be able to plan your ECCC ahead of time rather than wait in another line, not knowing if you’ll get into a panel room or signing!

When Do Reservations Open for ECCC 2026?

Reservations will open for Popverse Superfans on Wednesday, February 25 at 12:00 PM PT.

Reservations open up to all ECCC ticket holders on Friday, February 27 at 12:00 PM PT.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You’ll need to have ECCC 2026 tickets assigned to your email address under your MyTickets profile to participate in reservations. If this step is missed, you will be UNABLE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS. Not sure what this means? Check out the next section for a breakdown!

How To Transfer or Accept Tickets

Your ticket needs to be linked to your email address in MyTickets.

  • If you purchased tickets for a friend or family member, you’ll need to transfer their ticket to them so they can make reservations.

  • If a friend bought your ticket, they’ll need to transfer a ticket to you, you’ll want to create a MyTickets profile with that email address, and accept them.

  • If you’re not sure, we suggest logging into your MyTickets profile to check and make sure you have an ECCC 2026 ticket assigned to you. Don’t remember your password or never made one? Select ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen to reset it!

More of a visual learner? We got you! Download the PDF for an easy to follow guide on how to do this.

We highly suggest transferring tickets at least one hour prior to the launch of reservations. Reservations will not transfer with tickets. If you transfer a ticket to a friend after getting a reservation, that reservation will stay connected to you and your email address. Your friend will need to make their own reservations (or be included as your guest for Main Stage panels reservations!).

What’s the new process like? Can you give us a step-by-step guide?
Ab-so-lute-ly! 24 hours prior to both the Superfan presale and the general onsale, we’ll send emails to those who qualify to participate in ECCC reservations. This email will include step-by-step instructions, but will also allow you to begin part of the process early to make the day of run smoothly! Here’s what you can expect:

Step 1: Open the email you receive from us with the subject line "Your ECCC Authentication Code" - the pre-queue link will be inside. Open it in a web browser (And yes, you can do this right when you receive the email)

Step 2: Once that page opens, enter the email address that you have your ECCC tickets assigned to. Remember: tickets MUST be assigned to you in MyTickets. If you purchased tickets for a friend or family member, you must also assign those tickets to their email so they can make reservations too. If a friend purchased you a ticket, they must assign that ticket to you.

Step 3: Once you enter the email address that your ECCC ticket is tied to, you should receive a unique 6-digit authentication code that is good for 24 hours. Make sure to check that pesky spam folder too. The email will come from [email protected] and the subject line will be "Your ECCC Authentication Code". Enter that unique code in a regular browser (not Incognito mode), and come back to this page on Wednesday, February 25 at 12:00 PM PT for Superfans, or Friday, February 27 at 12:00 PM PT for all other ticket holders to make your reservations.

Important Notes:

  • if you do not receive this email within 2-3 minutes and it also didn’t appear in your junk and spam folder, it likely means that you do not have your tickets assigned to this email address in MyTickets. Try logging into MyTickets with the email address you’re using to make sure you see your tickets. If you don’t remember or have a password, select “Forgot Password” when logging in.

  • If you clear or disable your cookies after entering your code, or use an incognito window to enter your unique code, you will have to re-do the authentication process.

By doing this EARLY, you won’t need to request an authorization code at time of launch. You’ll be all set to go right into the reservation queue. All steps after Step 3 cannot be accessed until 12:00 PM PT on the day of your reservation access.

Step 4: Once you’re through the queue, you’re ready to make your reservations! If you have a 4-Day badge or multiple single days (like Thursday and Friday), you’ll make your reservations each day. Click the blue bar with the date on it, and the possible selections will appear! When you select a Main Stage panel, there will be an option to bring a +1 with you. If you’re going to the panel solo, you can select 0 in the dropdown & click the "Continue Without Guests" button at the time of reservation. If you’re bringing a friend with you, you can select 1 in the dropdown & click the "Continue With 1 Guest" button when the screen prompts you.

Step 5: After you get through your reservation selections, click “Finished Reserving.’ A confirmation screen should appear, and you’ll receive a QR code shortly after with your selections and a QR code. Save this email as you’ll use the QR code to check in to your ECCC reservations.

Are Reservations Required at ECCC?

Reservations are a way to guarantee your spot in the most popular panels, most in-demand free author signings, and more. While there will be limited standby on site, we cannot guarantee you will get in without a reservation, so reservations are highly recommended. You must have a valid ECCC ticket for the day you attend to use your reservations.

How Many Reservations Can I Make? Can I Add Friends or Family?

New this year, Main Stage panel reservations will include guest spots for your party! Guest spots are limited to 1 guest per panel. Only the fan who made the Reservation will be the reservation holder eligible for check-in, so make sure you stay together!

You will be permitted to make:

One (1) reservation on Thursday, March 5
Three (3) reservations on Friday, March 6
Three (3) reservations on Saturday, March 7
Three (3) reservations on Sunday, March 8

Guest spots are not available in private autographing or workshop reservations; each person needs to make their own reservations for those separately.

How Much Do Reservations Cost?

Reservations are completely free and included with your ECCC ticket. You must have a valid ECCC ticket for the day you’re making reservations to use them. For example, if you’re making reservations for Thursday, March 5, you must have a ticket valid for Thursday—which could be a single day Thursday ticket, a 4-Day ticket, or a VIP ticket.

Where Can I See My Reservations Once They’re Made?

Once you complete your reservations, you’ll receive an email confirmation that has all of your reservations listed and a QR code that you’ll want to keep handy to scan in at each reservation.

How do I check in for my reservation when I arrive?

You will need to arrive at your reservation location 25 mins ahead of the panel to check in – if you arrive late, your seat may be forfeited. Please make sure to have your confirmation email ready!

Important Notes:

  • Reservations are limited. When the virtual queue opens, everyone waiting will be given a spot in line randomly, and you will be let into the reservation page when it’s your turn. Reservations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Once you add a reservation to your cart, it will be reserved for you as you finish making your selections.

  • At any time after your reservations are confirmed, you’ll be able to cancel your reservation if your plans change. This means if you didn’t get a reservation you wanted, you can continue to check back here to see if spots opened up!

  • Children attending with Kids tickets may accompany a parent under a single reservation.

  • And again: you must have a valid ECCC ticket for the day of your reservation.
